Initial Stock Import

Admin only. Fields: Material Code, Material Name, Batch No., Qty, Location Code, Status. Keep one row per batch-location-status.

Use standard numbers only, e.g. 1000 or 1000.123456; up to 6 decimals. Do not use 1.000 or 1.000,5. For floor use, keep location labels and file rows in the same scan order.

Admins can add accounts, set roles, reset passwords, and manage module access.

After formal deployment, only system auto-appends are allowed; manual edits or deletes are blocked.
